2008: The MIT Thermoelectric Waste Heat Recovery Group

Thanks to our grant of $1000.00 Dollars, the group will be able to purchase necessary components to apply thermoelectrics to waste heat from flue gas from the state of the art, MIT cogeneration plant. They believe that by doing this the cogeneration plant will be able to develop 2% more electricity or enough to power 200 additional homes.
